Kinesiology in Chelsea

Move with confidence, build strength and work towards your goals with support tailored to you.

A program that starts with you

A kinesiologist is a physical activity professional who assesses your abilities and guides you through tailored exercise. Whether you are returning after an injury or simply want to be more active, the aim is to find a realistic, sustainable progression.

Supervised exercise

Learn movements, refine your technique and progress with a program that takes your current level and goals into account.

Support after an injury

Return to exercise gradually. Noah works with your physiotherapist to adapt movements and training loads to your rehabilitation.

Strength, health and return to sport

Build strength, get back into an active routine or prepare to return to running, cycling and the activities you enjoy.

What happens in a session?

  • We discuss your goals, habits and current limitations.
  • We look at how you move and select suitable exercises.
  • You practise with supervision, then your program evolves as you progress.

Kinesiology or physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy focuses on assessing and treating injuries, pain and functional limitations. Kinesiology focuses on physical activity, exercise guidance and progression. The two approaches complement each other, especially when returning to activity after an injury.
