Our story
A clinic rooted in the Outaouais outdoor culture - and in a promise to care for you like family.
Why Mālama?
Mālama is a Hawaiian word meaning "to care for." It became the clinic's promise: to care for, to advise, to guide. That word inspired the clinic's name and vision, here in the hills of Chelsea.
Mālama isn't a slogan. It's a way of being with people: present, attentive, respectful of the time you share. It's also how the clinic sees physiotherapy.
Our promise
When you walk through the clinic's door, you receive the same care and the same advice the team would give a parent, a sister, or a close friend. No generic plans, no shortcuts. Just an honest assessment, a plan built for you, and clinicians who are genuinely invested in your recovery.
"You will be cared for like a member of our own family."
